We put your criteria into the MLS and once there is a property match you will receive an email with that property the moment it hits the market. This will save you tons of time of having to search for the properties yourself or having to call the sign sitting out in the front of the property just to find out that it no longer is available.

■  Order all the necessary home inspections and coordinate the scheduling that works for all parties involved.

■  Coordinate with the lender to ensure they have all items needed to complete the loan approval.

■  Do our final walk through of the property to make sure the home is as we remember it.
